  1. Conditions of use of the web

The user of this web page belonging to BARCELÓ, guarantees that they comply with the law, moral code and public order at all times. In the same manner, the user accepts the stated conditions of use, and cannot use the web page in any way that is contrary to the same, with illicit intentions or in any manner that could be damaging to the rights and interests of BARCELÓ or any third party.

Barceló will not be held responsible under any circumstances for any possible infringement of the rights of any third party as a result of the participation of users with comments on the blog. BARCELÓ cannot guarantee the availability and continuity of the web page service and therefore no responsibility that may derive from the lack of availability/continuity of the service will be accepted.

In the same manner, BARCELÓ will do its utmost to prevent the web page being attacked by computer virus. BARCELÓ undertakes to comply with current legislation in terms of automated data treatment and, in particular, with the organic law 15/99 regarding Personal Data Protection, of 13 December 1999, (hereafter, LOPD).  By means of the privacy policy detailed below, BARCELO would like to inform its customers of the following points:

BARCELÓ with the aim of undertaking the provision of services offered via the blog http://micers.meetbarcelo.com/ (newsletter with information relating to the blog, treatment of queries and suggestions made using the form that exists for that purpose, publication of comments on the posts, contributions, etc.), will process the personal data provided by the users in an automated manner and with the sole purpose of sending information and publicity regarding offers, promotions and recommendations aimed at professionals of the MICE sector when expressly indicated that it may do so.
